Return & Exchange Policy
Return will be reviewed and honoured up to 7 days from the date of order delivered.
Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped.
If the tag seal that loops around main label to price tags, is broken, then the product will not be accepted for return.
In case an item does not meet your expectations, you can request for its return either via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 09560740007
Return would be acceptable if:
- The item delivered was damaged
- The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase
- The item ordered does not fit to size
Refund will be done in form of credit points/ store credit which will be equivalent to the value of the order that has been returned back to us. You can use these credit points at www.amydus.com in your future purchase at amydus.com to get equivalent deduction in total amount.
Cash on Delivery Charges (Rs. 50/-) are non refundable.
125 credit points per pickup will be debited from your account at amydus.com
Kindly follow the below mentioned Return steps:
- Place the item in its original packaging
- Mention your order number on a paper or attach the original invoice. Seal the package properly.
- Call our support team and we arrange for a pickup from your place.
If Parcel is sent by you
It may be possible that pickup facility is not available at your area pincode. In this case you have to send the parcel back to us. We will refund additional charges borne by you to ship the parcel back to us. Please share courier reciept in this case. Refund will be done in form of credit points for a maximum of Rs1500/-

- Scan and send the courier receipt.

Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
