Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges for order value more than INR 3000/- is free. We charge a nominal amount of INR 100/- per order for cart value less than INR 3000/-
How long does it take for an order to get delivered?
We aim to deliver orders to you within 7 working days.
What if I am not available to receive my order?
Your order is usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation. Our logistics provider will then reach you to deliver the order. In case you are not available to take the delivery at first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery.
An attempt is made to deliver the order at your preferred time. If no one is available to receive your order at this time, a second attempt is made after confirming with the customer. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse.
The order will be cancelled and your refund as store credit, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the shipment details for your order. The AWB No., ie. Air Way Bill Number is the tracking no. through which you can track your parcel.
What if I have received the damaged parcel?
If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We make sure that all the parcels are perfectly packed and wrapped with security tapes when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. Amydus.com will not be responsible for lost items if you accept a damaged parcel.
What if, I have received an incorrect order?
If you have received a product/order you did not order, please DO NOT accept the order.
If it was accepted by someone else, then please inform us about the order at email@example.com, we will get that shipped back to us to our warehouse.

Used, damaged products or products with missing accessories (back support, clips, tags, buttons, laces, trims, labels, etc.) will not be accepted.
